St. Peter Claver devoted his life to serving the forgotten, the enslaved, and the suffering. Known as the “Slave of the Slaves,” he met the most vulnerable where they were—with dignity, compassion, and relentless love. His mission was simple but powerful: to help the helpless and remind them they were not alone.
Inspired by his witness, we offer this sacred space where you can light a virtual candle and submit your personal prayer intention. Whether for yourself, a loved one, or the world—we will join you in lifting those prayers up.
Each candle you light becomes part of a growing flame of faith in our global prayer community. Every intention is received with reverence and will be remembered in prayer by our team.
Take a moment to reflect. Below, you’ll find the Prayer of St. Peter Claver—a beautiful reminder of the call to love deeply, serve humbly, and stand with those in need.
Let your light shine. Let your voice rise in prayer. And may the spirit of St. Peter Claver guide us all.
🕯️ Light a candle. Lift a prayer. Live the mission.

God, our Heavenly Father, You Have given us life through the Death and Resurrection of your Beloved Son, Jesus Christ;
Jesus, our Saving Lord, You came
into a world darkened by man’s sin and gave it light through your teachings;
Holy Spirit, the Breath of God within us, You guide and enlighten us and give us
The strength of our convictions;
Saint Peter Claver, who became an example for us, you showed us the love of God, the Light Of Christ, and the strength of the Holy Spirit;
We pray now that all we say and do, in your honor, be a continuation of your work here on earth.

Prayer in Numbers is Powerful

There is incredible power in prayer—especially when we pray together. Scripture reminds us that “where two or three are gathered in My name, I am there among them” (Matthew 18:20). When you submit a prayer intention, you’re not alone. Our growing online community of prayer warriors stands with you—lifting up your intentions with faith, devotion, and love. Whether it’s for healing, guidance, or gratitude, know that your prayer is part of a greater chorus calling out to God.
“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people– for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.” (1 Timothy 2:1-2)
“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” (Matt. 18:19–20.)
“Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven.” (James 5:14-15 )
