Refund Policy

At St. Peter Claver Pilgrimages, we are committed to providing a meaningful and enriching travel experience rooted in faith, fellowship, and service. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing.

Pilgrimage Trip Refunds

Refunds for pilgrimage trips are subject to the terms below:

  • Initial Deposits: All initial deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place and cover planning and administrative costs.

  • Installments and Final Payments:

    • Cancellations made more than 90 days before the departure date may be eligible for a partial refund (less the deposit and any unrecoverable vendor fees).

    • Cancellations made within 90 days of departure are non-refundable, as most expenses are already committed to accommodations, flights, and vendors.

We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation protection.

Group Leader Program Refunds

Group leaders who qualify for free travel by registering 10 paying pilgrims are not eligible for monetary refunds. If the group minimum is not met, the lead traveler will be offered the option to pay the standard trip cost or cancel under the above terms.

Digital Candle & Prayer Submissions

  • Purchases made for online prayer candles, donations, or digital offerings are non-refundable, as these are considered spiritual gifts and services that are fulfilled immediately.

Merchandise or Shop Orders (if applicable)

If you purchase physical merchandise from our online shop:

  • Refunds or exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
