Pilgrimage Group Leader Terms of Service and Consent Agreement

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Group Leader with St. Peter Claver Pilgrimages. By checking the box on our Group Leader Interest Form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Participation

• You must be at least 21 years old to participate as a Group Leader.

• You agree to lead a group of 10 fully registered and paying travelers (excluding yourself) on an upcoming St. Peter Claver Pilgrimage.

Group Leader Benefits

• Upon successfully registering 10 travelers, you will receive:

  • Free round-trip airfare

  • Free hotel accommodations for one person (double occupancy)

• If you choose to stay in a private room, you agree to pay the applicable single occupancy supplement, as listed in the pilgrimage pricing.

Travel Responsibilities

• As the designated Group Leader, you agree to:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your group.

  • Support your travelers with information, questions, and trip planning guidance.

  • Encourage participation in scheduled spiritual and cultural events during the pilgrimage.

Consent & Agreement

• By checking the box on the interest form, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Terms of Service and Consent Agreement.

  • You agree to abide by the terms laid out here.

  • You understand that the free travel benefit is contingent upon registering 10 paying travelers.

  • You consent to being contacted by St. Peter Claver Pilgrimages regarding updates, expectations, and planning details related to your role as a Group Leader.
